Returning policy

Orders shipped to any location in the US or Canada can be returned for up to 30 days after shipment. Only unmounted, unused tires can be returned. Buyers will be charged for shipment both ways when returning the products. Buyers will be subjected to a 10% restoring fee to be charged over the full amount of the order.

Prior to returning the products please call customer’s service at (904) 683-4757 or send a message to (link) to get a returning number.


Refused orders

Orders that are refused on destination may be subject to a 10% restoring fee. All shipping costs for refused orders should be paid by the buyer.



Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued after the returning items are received and identified as unused. Transaction fees and shipping charges will not be refunded.  


Warranty claims

If you have any warranty claim, please kindly contact NA Tires to be sure your issue is covered. Call us at (904) 683-4757 or write a message at (link) and we will promptly reply to your claim.

Any credits for warranty claims may be issued to the original payment method.   


Damage claims 

Damage claims must be reported to NA Tires by time the products arrive at customer’s destination. Customers must contact NA Tires at (904) 638-4757 or at (link) to claim about the damage before shipping the tires back to its origin. The tires must be repacked in the original package and sent back to NA Tires for analyzes. No credits will be issued to buyer prior to damage analyzes. If necessary, damage claim credits may be issued to the original payment method.
